Thanks Thomas. I'm getting mixed input. Some of our local experts are saying this is a Tree Swallow. If it is, it would have to be a first cycle female. I still think it could be a Bank Swallow, but based on just this photo it's pretty difficult to make that call. The reason some are saying it's not a Bank Swallow is because the chest band is too light. So I guess I'll never know what it was.

The photo of the unidentified swallow is a Bank Swallow. You can see the well defined band across the chest. These birds are rare but regular spring migrants. Juv. Tree Swallows won't fledge until around May.
