100% concensus this is a Northern Shoveler.
100% concensus this is a Northern Shoveler. I had wondered if it might be a Cinnamon Teal. Bill and size are too big for a Teal, and the feather pattern is more pointy, which I was told is Shoveler.

Both identified as Shovelers. Left one is a basic plumage male.
