Kingbird, Balboa Park - 12/10/2017

Confused now. Thought these photos were all of the same bird and we were trying to determine if it was a Tropical Kingbird. Looks like maybe this is two different birds. They are on different perches, and look a bit different, but the photos are at different angles, so just not sure.
